What we do with your information.
We collect only the information you submit through our enquiry forms or share with us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. We use it solely to advise you on expedition options and to coordinate the booking with the operator you choose.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Operator partners receive only the details needed to confirm and fulfil your voyage.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us directly.
Terms
Working with us.
7CEI acts as an independent advisory. Voyages are operated and contracted by the cruise operator you select; their terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions apply to the booking.
Our advisory work is provided at no charge to travellers — we are compensated by operator partners when a booking proceeds. Recommendations are made on traveller fit, not on which commercial arrangement is easiest.
Final voyage terms, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and refund conditions are provided by the operating partner before any booking is confirmed.
